By installing or using Snip Marker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

What Snip Marker is

Snip Marker is a local screenshot tool. At your request it captures an area, a window or the whole screen, lets you mark the picture up and copy, save or send it. Everything runs on your device: there are no servers and no accounts, and the developer has no access to your screenshots.

License

You may install and use the application on devices you own or control, for personal or work purposes. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the application or its modified copies as your own product.

Your responsibility

You decide what to capture and where to send it. A screenshot may contain other people’s data, copyrighted material or confidential information: you remain responsible for its content and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the application to capture or share what you have no right to.

Disclaimer

The application is provided as is. The result depends on the operating system, its permissions and the applications on screen. The developer is not liable for lost or unsaved screenshots, for the content you share or for damage arising from use of the application.

These terms may change with new versions of the application. The current version is always on this page.
