- Shelf for postponed snips: “Save for later” (⇧⌘D) keeps a snip with its marks; open shelved snips from the “Shelved” submenu and keep editing, or remove them from the shelf
- Esc with unsaved marks: a clear choice between “Save for later” and “Discard” with key hints, and a “Remember my choice” switch (changeable in Interface settings)
- Editor: one-key tools like in Figma (V, A, L, P, R, O, T, N, M, X), the letter is shown in the button tooltip; T opens a text field right under the cursor
- “Window” and “Screenshot”: a brief flash and sliding-in panels show the capture is taken (no animation with Reduce Motion)
- Clearer explanation for the beta updates switch; coloured filter icons in the log
Version 1.0.1 (14)
September 24, 2026 at 19:49

- Text: speech bubble frame around the text, with the tail toward any side or corner, or without a tail
- Text: underline and strikethrough; the text size is shown in pixels of the screenshot
- Text tool: drag to set the text box and its wrap width, a click still starts typing at a point
- Arrow: single or double arrowheads
- Colors: a custom color picker, the last picked color stays in the palette as an extra tile
- Editor panels: square buttons and own popovers with the current choice highlighted, the size label carries the logo so the tool is not confused with the system screenshot utility
- About: a Check for updates button and an option to be notified about beta versions (off by default)
Version 1.0.0 (12)
September 21, 2026 at 19:31
- Text: multi-line text keeps its line breaks after Enter. Side handles change the width and reflow the text, corner handles scale the whole block, the font size picker scales it the same way
- Full-screen window and whole-screen capture: the selection frame and handles stay visible at the screen edges, so the selection can be resized
- Windows: the installer and the app are now signed with the PAYMASTER TECHNOLOGIES code-signing certificate. Windows shows the publisher name instead of "Unknown publisher"
Version 1.0.0 (11)
September 21, 2026 at 10:05
- Windows: updates install from the app. Tap Install, watch the download, then Close and install: the app closes, updates and reopens. The file is verified before installing; the website stays as a fallback

September 18, 2026 at 12:40
- What's new in the update offer is shown in the app language; English when a translation is missing
Version 1.0.0 (9)
September 17, 2026 at 18:09
- Version 1.0: the same app that is being submitted to the Mac App Store; direct downloads (dmg, exe) continue as before
- macOS: diagonal resize cursors on corner handles are drawn by the app and no longer depend on private system APIs
- Update offer: the buttons stay visible when the list of changes is long, the text scrolls instead
Version 0.1.0 (8)
September 17, 2026 at 16:55
- Editor: select several annotations with Shift+click or a selection box, move, restyle, delete or duplicate them together (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+D; Cmd on macOS), right-click for a context menu
- Editor: Ctrl+click (Cmd on macOS) with any tool picks the annotation under the cursor; a selected annotation can be dragged by its body with any tool
- Editor: draw with two clicks (click to start, move, click to finish), on by default; dragging still works. Text and numbered markers resize from their corners
- Editor: a plain click without dragging no longer adds a shape; dashed outlines fit the contour without cut-off dashes
- Closing without saving asks once, next to the close button
- macOS: tray shows when Screen Recording access is missing or an update is available; the permission row in Settings; the first permission request no longer opens System Settings on top of the system dialog
- Our apps: sister apps in one row in Settings and About
- Main window: height fits the tallest tab, Settings no longer clipped
Version 0.1.0 (7)
September 16, 2026 at 19:56

- About: sister app descriptions come from the shared source of the app family, one wording everywhere
- Editor: the selection size is a compact badge at the corner of the selection instead of a panel
Version 0.1.0 (6)
September 16, 2026 at 17:24
- First public build for macOS and Windows. Capture an area, a window or the whole screen from the tray or with a hotkey, mark it up and copy, save or send it
- macOS: signed with Developer ID and notarized, the dmg opens without Gatekeeper warnings
- Windows: PrtSc is the default capture key (PrtSc + Alt for a window, PrtSc + Ctrl for the screen), Greenshot-style
- Hotkeys: the app warns when a shortcut is taken by another app or duplicates one of its own
- Editor: actions (copy, save, send) live on their own panel, the selection size follows the crosshair, a session starts with the tool you used last
- Annotations are orange by default
- Windows Server 2019 and other Windows 10 builds before 2004: the snapshot is taken before the overlay appears, no more black screen
Version 0.1.0 (1)
September 14, 2026 at 14:13
- First internal build: capture an area of the screen, mark it up with arrows, rectangles, numbered markers, a highlighter and pixelation, then copy or save it. macOS only for now
